A former ABC employee is suing Henry Ian Cusick, accusing him of sexual battery and harassment. Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the popular sci-fi show, Lost, has been accused of sexual harassment by a former Lost production crew member, Chelsea Stone.

Stone has also pressed charges against Lost’s production company, Grass Skirt Entertainment, for wrongful termination, according to Radaronline.com.

Stone claims that the incident occurred on set around October 16, 2007, and she was fired 12 days later after she reported it, according to Entertainment Weekly. The suit, filed on Friday at the Los Angeles court, says that Cusick “allegedly squeezed and placed his face on the plaintiff’s breasts, kissed her on the mouth, and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.”

Even after Stone reported the incident to Grass Skirt, she claims that the production did nothing to keep distance between her and Cusick, and that Cusick and other actors became very hostile toward her, according to E! Online.
