Wanted: 7,000 new employees for Convergys (Phils.)
Convergys Philippines will hire up to 7,000 new employees for their call center expansion. According to Andrea Ayers - president for customer management of Convergys, the expansion is driven by its customer’s demand.
The said expansion will include adding three new call centers in Manila, Laguna and Cebu. The additional call centers will provide services such as general support, advance technical held desk and back-office applications for Convergys clients like BAC.N, Bank of America, T-Mobile and Telkomsel.
