“Red Cliff” - Asia’s Most Expensive Film
Red Cliff’s box office hits in Asia.
According to the report, “Red Cliff” is Asia’s most expensive film ever. It also gains $3.9 million dollars - first day of release and the highest record in homemade movies.
The movie is based from China’s classic historical fiction “Romance of the Three Kingdoms”.
The Asian cast of Red Cliff are actor Tony Leung from Hong Kong, supermodel Lin Chi-ling from Taiwan, heartthrob Takeshi Kaneshiro, and China’s leading actor Zhang Fengyi.
